When COVID-19 hit, the TBT crew had to adapt just like everyone else. What once was packed restaurants was now 50% capacity seating, stay at home orders, and social distancing guidelines. While we couldn't continue to serve the masses on a daily basis in our restaurants, our loyal customers were still asking how they could eat their favorite, freshest seafood on the coast. And while curbside pick-up offered a small solution, the TBT crew saw an opportunity to fulfill a bigger need.  The TBT Butcher Shop and Seafood Market was created to offer our customers an opportunity to buy the same fresh seafood we cook on the grills in our restaurants, and bring them home to cook for the family.
